Saurav Aggarwal is a Junior Associate at Emerge Legal and is part of the firm’s contracts team. He assists the team in matters related to commercial agreements, contract advisory, and legal documentation while supporting senior professionals in various client engagements.
Experience: Saurav is actively involved in drafting, reviewing, and assisting in the preparation of a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements. His work includes supporting the team in legal research, reviewing contractual terms, and preparing documentation required for business arrangements. He also assists in ensuring that agreements are structured in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks. Through his role, Saurav continues to develop practical experience in contract management, commercial documentation, and legal advisory services.
