We advise boards and promoters under the Companies Act, 2013 on governance, meetings, share issues and transfers, director duties and related party transactions, and keep statutory records and filings in order.
We also handle foreign investment and FEMA reporting, ESOP schemes, group restructurings and closures, and the commercial contracts that come with running a business. For several clients we act as an outside general counsel, available for the questions that do not justify a full-time hire.
