Arbitration is only as quick and private as the clause that sets it up and the counsel who runs it. We draft arbitration clauses that work, seek interim relief from courts under Section 9 and from tribunals under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and handle the appointment of arbitrators where the other side will not cooperate.
We conduct ad hoc and institutional arbitrations, including SIAC and ICC matters seated abroad, and take the award through challenge and enforcement before Indian courts. On the litigation side, we act in commercial and civil disputes where arbitration is not available or not suitable.
